Product Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day provided that payment is received by 2PM. This is due to the collection time table of our courier partners for collections from our warehouse.

Our preferred courier service is with Bobgo 

A highly cost-effective, service suitable for large consolidated consignments. Delivery within 24 to 72 hours, depending on final destination. Major City Centers delivery normally happens within 24 hours. 

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed.in South Africa. We do not deliver out of South Africa.

Neodo-inc.com does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

Neodo-Inc can not be held responsible for delays in shipping, damages during shipping or items being lost during shipping unless additional insurance has been paid for by the client.

Deliveries are week days only. Orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays are dispatched on Mondays. 

We can not entertain refunds due to Courier delays since the courier is paid in advance for shipping and we can not be held responsible for third party shipping.

All courier companies work on volumetric weight, therefore the volume of the package of your purchase might be higher than the actual weight of the product.

Final collection time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are sent next day.

OUTLYING AREAS

Additional costs apply for heavier parcels and outlying areas. If you are unsure about your area please contact us first to work out a quote for you. Should you wish to cancel your order AFTER an order has been placed due to additional courier charges, we reserve the right to recoup bank and restocking fees due to refunds if the customer has not verified courier charges first. Outlying areas may take linger than 72 hours depending on final destination.

HIGH RISK AREAS

Some areas are high risk and incur additional shipping charges. We do not know this until after the order is placed and we give the address to the couriers.

In these cases, the client remains responsible for the additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to only ship items once all shipping charges have been received. 

We DO NOT Ship outside South Africa.

Should the customer wish to get the items outside of SA it remains the customers responsibility to do and arrange export since we do not have an export code.
