These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any Products ordered by you on the Site. By agreeing to order a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.


a) “Account” means the account that you will need to register for on the Site if you would like to submit an Order on the Site
b) “Business Day” means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in South Africa
c) “Contract” means your Order of a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which we accept in accordance.
d) “Customer” means individual who places an Order on the Site;
e) “Order” means the order submitted by you to the Site to purchase a Product from us
f) “You” means the Customer who places an Order
g) “We” means Neodo-Inc, as described above;

The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Company’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to Neodo-Inc.com. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These general Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Neodo-Inc.com as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

Neodo-Inc.com is a evolving company, and as such things may change at times, updated or removed . Neodo-Inc reserves the right to update our Website and these Terms of Service at any time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is the customers responsibility to keep up-to-date with our current Terms and Conditions by going to our Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of our Website & online store, following the  updated Terms of Service will be seen to mean that you have read and accepted the changes.

Access to the Website

We  always ensure the Neodo-inc website is always active, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for maintenance or any reason. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.

We reserve the right to Block or Disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any reason, including if, in our opinion, or you have failed to comply with any provisions of our Terms of Service.


At no time do we guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is content and error free.

Neodo-Inc takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.

Product specifications, pricing; typographical errors

Neodo-Inc will not be required to execute an order or compensate a buyer for any loss if Neodo-Inc made an error when presenting the item, formulating its characteristics or stating its price,  product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information.


Products sold by Neodo-Inc are billed in South African Rand’s and excludes VAT and excludes delivery of the product. Delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced on the order We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Should an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and this is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason ( technical or human error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you.



Stock on offer is limited. Neodo-Inc shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Neodo-Inc shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised. Should a product should become unavailable after your order has been placed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product that is no longer unavailable and not for products in stock, that has been placed one same order within 5 working days following the date of payment.. Courier / Shipping charges are not refundable for any order once the order has a courier tracking number . Should a order be cancelled or a refund request done, there will be a cancellation fee applicable to the order. Should we run out off stock on a specific product, we will contact you and offer you a replacement product or a product of the same price and quality.. Should you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product. Certain products may vary n color depending on stock imported by supplier and be different in advertised product image advertised n some cases

Secure payment

Neodo-Inc offers multiple ways to pay for your order.

  1. using Payfast South Africa. Payfast use advanced SSL and TLS encryption to keep your transaction secure and it does not cost you anything to make use off.  You do not need to have an account with Payfast South Africa to use this method of payment. Refer to www.payfast.co.za for full terms and conditions of use of the payment gateway.
  2. Direct Bank EFT using reference number as per order
  3. Snapscan -Accept payments from the SnapScan app though Scan-to-Pay on desktop or Pay Links on mobile sites


Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on Neodo-Inc.com will be delivered to one address in South Africa. We do not deliver out of South Africa.

  1. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. Orders are only delivered to physical address, no PO Box addresses are allowed.
  2. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order.
  3. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (Standard delivery, and depending on the payment method used) any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
  4. On delivery of the Product, you will be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

The warranty is protected by the Consumer Protection Act.

It is highly recommended that this item be fitted by a trained technician who possesses the necessary qualifications. Fitment can also be carried out by an accredited aftermarket repair center, e.g. RMI accreditation or similar. Repair Technicians must have a qualification and training for the fitment of this specific product and use the correct equipment as specified by the Vehicle Manufacturer. This includes, but not limited to; torque settings, tapped covers, gaskets, windows winder units specified lubricants, quality consumables, computer-aided settings, calibration settings, specified equipment and tools, etc.…

Some manufacturers do not accept returns on automotive electrical products. These products have been rigorously tested and passed quality assurances prior to leaving the factory. Electrical Products are extremely sensitive. Some vehicles may have existing Electronic or Electrical Degradation within the Electrical Framework of the vehicle which may cause irreparable damage to the new part; upon fitment. Detailed Diagnostics must be supplied acknowledging that a specific part is faulty prior to the purchase of the new part and not just generic fault codes indicating a cluster of parts may be faulty. Fault codes from “palm-held” diagnostic machines are not accepted. Comprehensive Deep Analysis Handheld Diagnostics machines are accepted. Please make sure you understand this prior to purchase.

Please make sure that this is the correct item before purchasing it. Match OE Numbers on the part removed from the vehicle to the part you are purchasing. Seek professional assistance from a qualified mechanical technician before choosing the correct part for your vehicle or contact your local vehicle manufacturers agent to acquire the correct part numbers. If in doubt, please contact us before purchase.

Burnt electrical units are not returnable. Regulators and Sensors are extremely sensitive and are also not returnable once fitted into the vehicle.

Whilst the goods are under warranty, Acts of GOD are NOT covered. Please do not return these types of warranty claims as you will incur unnecessary return costs.

Parts we carry are from different manufacturers and are not OEM parts unless specified

For reimbursements: Return Policy

You may return any core or wrong part(s) to Neodo-Inc within 7 days from your date of order at your own cost excluding parts noted below .

Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice. We request that you send us the merchandise  and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods.

Parts supplied with exact SKU and description and product photo (Certain products may vary n color, depending on stock imported by supplier ) that is supplied correct will not be refunded. No Electrical parts and Fuel pumps, Tappet covers & Gasket Sets ,window winder units, Seals  & safety belts or seats will be refunded do to the nature off the product once couriers have collected order when correctly supplied on item name and description and product image. No returns will be accepted if the 7 business days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation or been fitted /used.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Parts Not Returnable: Special-Order Products and Auto Body Parts cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. All electrical parts cannot be returned once couriers has collected order. Fuel pumps, Tappet covers & Gasket Sets & Seals safety belts and harnesses are not refundable 

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error, courier fees are non refundable when order was dispatched.


Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns and  courier fees are non refundable when order was dispatched. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the account you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department at, sales@neodo-inc.com and we will respond to you immediately.

If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed

  • with an EFT if you paid by EFT or
  • by a Refund from Payfast if you paid using Payfast.

In all refund scenarios, please provide us with your correct banking information. Shipping fees are non refundable once item has been booked for collection to client

Privacy and protection of personal data

We shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000.

We will store the data provided by buyers in a data file. Such data will be used to execute buyers’ orders and will be kept as long as necessary to handle any complaints about the execution of an order. No data will be passed on to third parties if such should jeopardize the buyer’s privacy.

Intellectual ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “neodo-inc.com” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights


All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE you receive the “Invoice – Payment” e-mail. No orders can be cancelled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for couriers. All orders placed from Friday 5PM to Monday 9AM cannot be cancelled, as these are processed over the weekend for couriers. All cancellation are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all cancelled order that are not the direct result of our error and courier fees are non refundable when order was booked or dispatched and banning fees

Wholesale & Reseller Accounts

New Wholesale or Reseller account approval is required before you will be able to sign in and get pricing. You will receive confirmation of your new wholesale account via email once your information has been processed. During normal business hours, new account approval may take up to 24 hours to process

To apply for a Wholesale Account please complete the registration section and submit your details. We will send you a separate e-mail confirmation as soon as your wholesaler application is approved and activated. Please note that until activated you will only be able to view retail pricing. Once you have received this email, you will be able to login and then see & order with the wholesale prices. NOTE: Some items have minimum order quantities for wholesale – if you order less the system will charge the retail price for that item.

Requirements :

  1. You must have a registered Business in South Africa with a Business Bank Account
  2. A minimum order purchase of stock is required to qualify for wholesale discounts to the value of R5000
  3. No stock will be released without full payment of order
  4. We offer a trade feed to woo commerce store with a daily update on stock and availability

Wholesale pricing status:
Once approved, orders to be placed within 15 days. If no opening order is received, wholesale status is deactivated.
Online stock is “LIVE” and up to date subject to availability
Via direct payment EFT only, Payfast is not allowed for Wholesale clients due to fees. Regret, no terms.

Feedback and Comments

Any opinions left on the Website by customers are screened and moderated by Neodo-Inc. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), Neodo-Inc reserves the right to refuse or modify it or completely remove it.
